Welcome!

I am a recent Ph.D. graduate in the department of Political Science at the University of California, Davis and a current recipient of the Bilinski Dissertation Fellowship.

I am a mixed-method researcher interested in research positions with expertise in political behavior.

My dissertation focuses on patterns of affective polarization, partisanship, and economic inequality in Latin America and The United States. My research aims to understand how inequities — racial, economic, and gender — influence political behavior. My paper series with Professor Jeannette Money focuses on the relationship between gender inequality among immigrants and naturalization decisions. I also currently work on COVID-19 and it’s political ramifications on the U.S. political landscape.

You can check out some of my recent publications here: Google Scholar

I currently volunteer for Canine Companions by fostering service dogs and doing pro-bono survey design work for Veteran’s with PTSD.

Outside of work, I enjoy walking my dog Bella, watching football (go Pac go!) and baseball (go Dodgers & go Cubs!).
